The short, useful part.
This version of jokes.mx has no accounts, comment forms, advertising scripts, or Google Analytics tag. Searching and filtering happen in your browser. Saving a joke is an optional, on-device feature. The site’s code does not send your saved list or joke-history list to our server.
That does not mean “nothing is sent anywhere.” Your browser must request pages and assets from the web server. A hosting or network provider may process request information to deliver and protect the site.
What stays on this device.
Saved jokes: when you press a heart, the site stores a list of joke IDs in this browser’s local storage under jokesmx.favorites.v2. The list is kept until you remove items, clear it here, or clear your browser’s site data. There is no server account or cross-device synchronization.
Shuffle history: by default, the random-joke history lasts only for this open page. You may enable “Remember my shuffle history” below. That saves a list of shown joke IDs under jokesmx.seen.v2 and your choice under jokesmx.preferences.v2. Turning it off clears the stored history. Older local history from the previous design may be imported only after you enable this option.
Site search: search text stays in the current page. It is not added to the address bar, sent to an analytics tool, or saved by this site.
These controls manage the joke features only. They are not advertising consent controls.
Hosting and request information.
The web server and network providers process connection and request information, such as an IP address, request path, user agent, and request time, to deliver pages and protect the service. Operational logs or security systems may retain some of that information. This static site’s code does not control the hosting layer’s retention settings.
The operator must keep this notice aligned with the actual hosting and security services in use. Browser storage controls above do not delete hosting logs or information held by a network provider.
Sharing and contacting us.
A share button opens your device’s sharing interface where available, or copies a joke and its link to your clipboard. Data passed to an app you choose to share with is handled by that app. Copying a link does not send it to another person until you choose to do so.
An email link opens your mail application. An email you send may include your address, message, and attachments and will be handled by the operator’s email provider. The site does not offer a public submission form or ask for children’s details.
Children and family content.
The library includes kids’ and school joke collections. We do not ask visitors to identify their age or create a profile. Advertising and analytics are not active in this edition. The operator must review the site’s actual audience and child-directed obligations before adding services that collect information; a general cookie banner is not a substitute for that review.
Future analytics or advertising.
Neither Google Analytics nor AdSense ad serving is active in this build. Ownership verification metadata, when configured, does not by itself load an advertising script. Before activating either service, the operator must update this notice to describe the actual data collection, providers, cookies or identifiers, purposes, choices, and applicable rights.

Contact and requests.
The operator’s public contact address has not been configured in this copy of the site. The privacy notice needs operator review before public launch. No information can be submitted through this page.
